IT leading Tech Mahindra announced it has achieved US-based Eventus Solutions Group for up to $44 Million (around Rs 330 crore). Tech Mahindra, through its wholly-owned assistant - Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc, has authorized the suggestion to develop 100% wealth shares in Eventus Solutions Group, LLC, a regulatory filing declared.

The accession will strengthen discussing abilities in client experience (CX) and client supervision area and will facilitate Tech Mahindra to assemble an industry-leading consulting exercise and move up the significance string in the BPS enterprise, it enlarged.
